Close to nature, with short hiking trails for kids. Friendly staff allowed us to watch breakfast being made, which was delicious. The large suite had a lovely forest-view patio. Rustic lodge in the middle of the Botanical gardens, well-maintained. Helpful staff provided extra requests and directions to the best beach for kids. Clean and cozy rooms with forest views. Basic facilities, but yummy breakfast. Free coffee and specialty teas all day. Will definitely come back. Comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. Beautiful breads, warm muffins, and good coffee for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable lounge and dining areas. Emphasis on recycling, water, and energy conservation.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the shared bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. the complimentary breakfast provided delicious organic oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit, along with freshly brewed coffee. the quiet and restful atmosphere added to the overall experience.
That noise could be easily heard from other guests, especially from the rooms upstairs. the arrangement of having separate men's and women's bathrooms on different floors was inconvenient, particularly during late-night trips to the restroom.

I had a delightful stay at the Ecolodge. The rooms were simple yet comfortable, and the shared concept made it easy to meet other travelers. The botanical garden was a nice touch and offered a peaceful escape. The healthy breakfast provided a great start to the day. Although there were a few suggestions for improvement, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this lodge was absolutely stunning. Surrounded by lush botanic gardens and nestled in the serene rainforest, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. the peacefulness and tranquility of the setting were simply magical.
Although the lodge was generally comfortable, the lack of soundproofing was a bit of a downside. It would have been great if there was better insulation between the rooms and floors to minimize noise disturbances.

The breakfast was delicious, with freshly pressed orange juice, granola, and homemade muffins. It was a great way to start the day. The location was also fantastic, with beautiful beaches just a short 5-minute drive away. We were able to enjoy the nature and capture some amazing memories. Plus, we got free access to the nearby botanical gardens, which added to the overall experience.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was no TV in the rooms, which may not be a problem for some but could be a disappointment for others.

The value for money at Ecolodge was great - comfy beds, impeccably clean shared areas, and beautiful decor made for a cozy and welcoming stay. The location was perfect, close to Pacific Rim National Park and a short walk to a stunning beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to find us a nearby bar with a TV so my husband could watch his favorite sports team.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety.

Great escape in nature, loved the concept and design with natural ingredients in shampoo and soap. Beautiful location in a botanical garden, perfect for watching the sunrise. Nice healthy breakfast options and friendly staff. Soothing forest atmosphere and hiking trails nearby.
Separate showers for men and women and thin walls leading to noise issues. Female bathroom far from the room.
